// Home district

At 158 cm, Tina is the smallest name on the guest list and one of the most self-assured. Athletic and neat, with espresso brown hair falling long and brown eyes full of warmth, she dresses with classic, clean-lined elegance: a tailored black jumpsuit, a camel trench, simple gold jewellery and heels that add just enough height. In her mid twenties, she carries a quiet confidence that fills a room far bigger than she is, and a warmth that helps everyone in it relax.

Confident and easygoing, Tina is the companion who never makes a fuss and never misses a beat. Fashion design is her craft; she sketches constantly and can take apart a well-cut jacket in conversation. Craft cocktails are her night-time interest, especially stirred drinks with unusual bitters. Record collecting is her daytime habit, and she rarely leaves Soho without something on vinyl under her arm. Her English is relaxed, warm and quick to laugh.

Cocktail hour, for Tina, means Hawksmoor Air Street, up above Regent Street near Piccadilly Circus, where the bar mixes seriously good cocktails inside a grand art deco dining room. She orders something stirred and bitter, talks tailoring and turntables, and lets dinner happen if the mood suggests steak. Afterwards comes a short walk through the bright lights of Piccadilly and back to your hotel, the evening wrapped up with an easy smile.

From her Covent Garden base Tina works evenings, often at short notice. For a spur of the moment night near Piccadilly Circus, send booking your hotel and a start time.

04 · The evening

An evening with Tina

Tina's ideal night is spontaneous but well dressed. She gets your message at six, is in the hotel lobby by seven in a sharp black jumpsuit, and has already decided on the first bar. There, perched on a stool, she orders two stirred drinks with bitters you have never heard of and sketches the cut of your jacket on a napkin.

Dinner follows if the steak smells too good to resist, and it usually does. Later the story comes out about a soul pressing she tracked down that afternoon after years of hunting, and she hums a line from it on the walk back. At the hotel she is relaxed, confident and warm, and the conversation keeps going long after the drinks are finished.

// In her words

Your jacket, probably. I cannot help it. Good tailoring is my favourite thing to look at in any bar.

Most evenings, yes. Give me an hour and I will arrive looking as though I had planned it all week.

Anything stirred, brown and bitter, made by someone who takes their time over it. Leave it with me and I will find you one.
